Information we currently receive
If you email an inquiry or apply for a conversation, we receive the name, email, company or brand, website, revenue range, role, sales channel, and business challenge you choose to provide. The application form only drafts an email in your email app. We receive it only after you choose to send it. Our hosting provider may also process technical logs such as IP address, browser, and access time to deliver and secure the site. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
How information is used and shared
We use information you send to answer questions, assess fit, arrange conversations, and prepare requested diagnostic or course information. ZonRocket team members handling your inquiry and our website hosting and email providers may access information as needed. We do not currently sell personal information. We have not enabled advertising pixels or set our own marketing cookies on this public site. We will update this policy before adding online payments, analytics, or customer accounts.
Retention, location, and your choices
Information may be processed in the United States and locations where our service providers operate. We retain it for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, and keep necessary business records. Providing inquiry information is voluntary; without contact information we cannot reply or schedule a call. You may email us to request access, correction, a copy, cessation of use, or deletion, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
